Tips and Tricks For BARC ONLINE EXAM in Physics

I will discuss 7 important Tips which will help you to prepare for BARC ONLINE QUALIFIER exam in Physics.

TIPS 1: Exam Pattern & Selection Process.

The exam will be conducted in two phases Written Exam & Interview:

1. Written Exam:

A. Online Examination:

The syllabus will be specific to the selected discipline and questions will check your basic understanding of core subjects, knowledge and problem-solving ability.

For each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted.

B. GATE score:

You should have a valid GATE 2020 or GATE-2021 Score in the corresponding subject.

2. Interview:

After clearing online written exam/GATE exam, you will be screened for Selection Interview on the basis of your score.
Those of you with a degree in ‘Nuclear Engineering’ will be screened in only on the basis of Online Examination.
Thereafter, the final merit list will be prepared.

TIPS2: Exam duration

It comprises of 100 questions of 3 marks each with a stipulated time frame of 2 hours. The exam is conducted in 2–3 shifts depending on number of candidates in a branch.

So you have to attempt 100 questions in 120 minutes.
